Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using WhatsBooking ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated from the Republic of South Africa and governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
2. Account
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans (Pro R199/mo, Business R499/mo) are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Refunds are handled case-by-case per the CPA. We do not process card payments directly; clients pay you via your own banking details or payment gateway.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use WhatsBooking to send spam, unlawful content, or unsolicited marketing. WhatsApp messages sent via the Service must comply with WhatsApp Business Terms and POPIA consent requirements. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.
5. WhatsApp & Third Parties
WhatsBooking connects to WhatsApp using third-party libraries. WhatsApp itself is operated by Meta Platforms and is not affiliated with WhatsBooking. Service availability depends on WhatsApp's systems.
6. Your Data
You own your business data and client records. We process them to operate the Service per our Privacy Policy. You are the responsible party (as defined in POPIA) for your clients' personal information.
7. Availability
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WhatsBooking's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including lost bookings or revenue.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days; thereafter it will be deleted from active systems.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.
